It’s the holiday season in a Midwestern funeral parlor and one man and two women are saying their final goodbyes. But things don’t go as you might expect, when one is a thief, one is an undertaker, and one is a widow with a faulty memory. Are you on a budget? Friday, October 18 is FRUGAL FRIDAY so come when the box office opens at 6:30pm and pay what you can for the 7pm show.
Jeffrey Hatcher has crafted three comedic/dramatic monologues that take you through the highs and the lows of a lifetime, or rather, three lifetimes.
The cast features Michael Coleman as Emil (the undertaker); Jessica Brooks as Mac (the thief), and Erin Renfree as Virginia (the widow).
Performance dates are October 11 through November 3, Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 2pm, and an added Saturday 2pm performance on November 2. Tickets are $22.
Performances are at California Stage, 2509 R Street. Look for the red door next to the light rail tracks. Concessions will be available. Free street parking.
