New York Scandia Symphony, Dorrit Matson, director/conductor, continues to present and preserve the works of significant Northern European classical composers. The Oct. 28 concert will consist of works by Carl Nielsen, Hugo Alfven, and Emil Hartmann, with guest violinist Stephanie Chase joining the 48-piece orchestra.
