AUDITIONS
For
Shrek, the Musical

If you have not been cast in a CPM show before - Please bring a photograph of yourself to attach to your audition. This does NOT need to be a formal headshot. Any size photo will work.
(You must be 18 or under to audition and if age 18, you must still be in high school.)
We ask that you list all conflicts that you have between October 11 and December 5 on your audition form.
PLEASE NOTE:
Conflicts during Tech Week (November 29 - December 5) will affect casting decisions. We prefer no conflicts during this week.
Rehearsals are normally three weeknights from 6:30 to 9:00pm and 12:00 to 6:00pm on Saturdays, except Nov 29 - Dec 5 when they will be 12:00 to 6:00pm on Sat. and Sun. and weeknights from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

WHEN:

6:30 - 8:30pm
(You need to be signed in by 8:30pm in order to audition. Each audition group will take about 30 to 45 minutes.)

December 14 @ 4:00 pm
PERFORMANCE CONFLICTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Prepare 16 measures (or one verse and one chorus) of a song that shows off your voice the best (not too high or too low for your vocal range).
BRING THE SHEET MUSIC WITH YOU OR A KARAOKE CD (no vocals).
You may or may not be asked to read from the script. If so, readings will be provided.
Bring dance shoes or shoes and clothes you can move in and for the dance audition. You will be given time to change clothes if needed.
