NATIONAL TALENT SHOW

AMC TV, the major cable network that has brought us such hits as Madmen and Breaking Bad, in partnership with Sony Entertainment, will produce and distribute a new docu-series called Road Show.

The Courthouse Center Stage has been chosen as one of only a few places in select cities across America to host open call auditions. The production company, Story Vision Entertainment is coming to Kingston, RI. The Courthouse will open their doors to a flood of talent on Friday, December 14 from 9:30 – 1:30 PM.

The network is looking for a range of talent, from magician to dancers and singers, ventriloquists to musicians. Requirements: talent, commitment and passion. The winner of each talent show will receive a cash prize of $10,000.

After the finalists are screened, the show itself will be filmed on Monday, December 17th at the Courthouse at 7 PM and the grand prize awarded.

Hopeful participants must come to the open call with at least two acts ready to perform, but no longer than 90 seconds each. Other requirements can be found on the AMC TV website:
