Key Messages: An Ideal Husband is a poignant and topical British farce with commentary applicable to cancel culture, public personas, and humanity’s ability for redemption, all delivered through the whimsical and witty filter that is an Oscar Wilde comedy. This production is presented in an immersive manner, designed to make the audience feel as close as the characters on stage, in a unique found space rather than a traditional theater setting. Quote from the Director: "I have always enjoyed Oscar Wilde’s sense of whimsy and wit within his dialogue and characters, but I think An Ideal Husband especially showcases his ability to inject that humor into stories with important and timeless themes. Our goal is to simultaneously provide that emotional experience and intellectual engagement as well as a fun, free afternoon or night of theater," says Evan Fenne, Director.
