Imagine Theatre will present the World Premiere of June Carryl's new work, The Girl Who Made the Milky Way, running throughout August 2024. This production, aimed at young audiences, showcases the theatre's commitment to diversity and gender parity, featuring stories inspired by Los Angeles County's rich folklore. With a focus on female heroes, the company actively engages local playwrights and highlights underrepresented communities on stage. Co-founded by Armina LaManna and with support from board members, including Allycia Atania, the theatre aims to empower and inspire the next generation through its artistic endeavors.
