Fifteen-year-old Heidi Schreck earned her college tuition by winning Constitutional debate competitions across the United States. In this hilarious, hopeful, and achingly human show, Heidi resurrects her teenage self in order to trace the profound relationship between four generations of women and the founding document that shaped their lives. Over the course of this solo show, Schreck addresses themes such as women's rights, immigration, domestic abuse, and the history of the United States. Winner of New York Drama Critics' Circle and Obie Awards as the Best American Play of 2019, it was also nominated for a Tony and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
