Principal photography has wrapped on the VR comedy short SHADY FRIEND starring Nick Kocher (former writer, “Saturday Night Live”), Nick Rutherford (Brigsby Bear, former writer, “Saturday Night Live”) Minka Kelly (The Roommate, “Friday Night Lights”) and 'Weird Al' Yankovic. The film, which is produced by Positron and Ralph Smyth Entertainment, is the first multisensory VR experience incorporating immersive and interactive VR, scents, motion, and haptics created from the ground-up for the Positron Voyager®. SHADY FRIEND was shot on the Z CAM V1 Pro and K1 Pro with 360 and volumetric filming taking place in Los Angeles, CA.

AMC announced today that season two of the original drama “Snatch” will premiere on Tuesday 9th October at 9:00pm, exclusive to BT customers.  Starring Rupert Grint (the Harry Potter films) who also serves as an executive producer, the new ten-episode series takes viewers to Spain's Costa del Sol and follows the Hill Gang on the run in another thrill-a-minute fight to save their fortune, and their lives.

Mike Tirico has been named the new studio host for Football Night in America, the most-watched studio show in sports since its debut in 2006. He will work alongside FNIA analysts Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison, and NFL Insider Mike Florio, from Studio 1 at NBC Sports' International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn. Dan Patrick previously served as Football Night's studio host from 2008-2017.

 Netflix Netflix has announced its first Mexican reality series, MADE IN MEXICO, according to Variety. The series is set to premiere worldwide on September 28th.

Today Netflix released the first trailer and official key art for season 2 of critically acclaimed original series Atypical, returning September 7.

Noticias Telemundo announced the appointment of Mexican journalist Javier Vega as correspondent in Washington, D.C., as part of an initiative to strengthen its operations in the U.S. capital. Vega will report to Victoria Rivas-Vázquez, Noticias Telemundo's Washington, D.C. bureau chief, and will work alongside the bureau team, including renowned Noticias Telemundo's correspondent Lori Montenegro. Prior to joining the Washington, D.C. team, Vega was a Noticias Telemundo correspondent in Mexico.

Dopesick: Dealers, Doctors, and the Drug Company that Addicted America will be developed for television it was announced today by Bert Salke, President, Fox 21 Television Studios and Warren Littlefield, Principal, The Littlefield Company. Littlefield and Macy will serve as executive producers. Peter McGuigan and Richie Kern will be producers.
