From stage to screen, Broadway will be represented on TV for the week of August 27, 2018!

Bad Wolves were joined by two very special guests this weekend at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey while on the biggest rock tour of the summer.  Prior to the performance of the band's platinum single “Zombie”, frontman Tommy Vext introduced shredding instrumentalist Angel Vivaldi on guitar, later to be joined by his mother on stage in a special moment.  

Sony Classical announces the September 7, 2018 US release of Birgit Nilsson: The Great Live Recordings, a 31-CD set celebrating the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Swedish soprano. This limited edition brings together a collection of outstanding live recordings from the main centers of Nilsson's brilliant career: the Met in New York, the Bayreuth Festival, the Vienna State Opera, plus rarities from her concerts in Stockholm.  All the recordings were newly remastered in 2017 from the original analogue tapes.

“I realized I have a tendency to make things harder than they need to be,” director Cary Fukunaga admits to Zach Baron. “Having fun with genre and not worrying too much about production value went out the door the moment I started conceiving ideas.” Baron visits Fukunaga to learn about the story of making Maniac for Netflix, for the September issue of GQ.

Sony Classical releases OPERATION FINALE (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) with original music byAcademy Award winner Alexandre Desplat (The Shape of Water, The Grand Budapest Hotel). The soundtrack will be available for streaming, download and on CD August 24, 2018. Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures (MGM) will distribute Operation Finale theatrically on August 29, 2018.

Award-winning cinematographer Lidia Nikonova gets experimental in the new short film drama “The Day That,” directed by veteran director Dorian Tocker. The film was recently premiered a the Rhode Island International Film Festival.

Face Forward announces that the featured performer at their “La Dolce Vita” themed Gala will be Grammy winning artist NE-YO this September 22, at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. In celebration of the organizations' 10-year anniversary, Face Forward hopes to raise over a million dollars to support even more survivors from around the world.

The 2014 Ebola outbreak is remembered as one of the most widely feared epidemics in recent memory. As the virus spread through West Africa, hysterical media reports outside the region fanned the flames of anxiety. However, according to Sierra Leonean filmmaker Arthur Pratt, the “role that locals played in combating the outbreak was grossly underreported.” Pratt adds that “preoccupation with the foreign experience” overshadowed the contributions of West Africans.

Singer songwriter Jason Rylan has written a beautiful, heartfelt song as a tribute to the victims of the tragedy that took place during a concert at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in America's casino capital last year.

Austin based artist Peter More has released his debut LP Beautiful Disrepair today. The record was produced by Steely Dan's Donald Fagen, and happens to be the first full-length produced by Fagen (outside Steely Dan and Walker Becker's 1994 solo record). Additionally, Peter More released the video for title-track “Beautiful Disrepair” via Ultimate Classic Rock. The video was directed by Christina Voros (Yellowstone, Queen Sugar).  

Southern California's favourite reggae/alt/hip-hop band Dirty Heads have teamed up with legendary producer Dan The Automator for a special remix of the band's latest single 'Visions'. The end result is a downtempo gem with elements of Dan The Automator's signature production.

Country rocker Drew Jacobs released the music video to accompany his latest single, “If She Ain't Country.” The video was exclusively premiered by Taste of Country yesterday who hailed the song as 'infectious' and 'fun.' CONSTANTINE: THE LEGEND CONTINUES, the animated digital series which debuted on CW Seed, The CW's digital network, will receive a special broadcast airing on The CW Network, Monday, October 15 (9:00-10:00pm ET), following the season premiere of ARROW (8:00-9:00pm ET). The special will be hosted by John Constantine himself Matt Ryan (DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, 'Constantine').

The K-pop boy band, BTS, has released their latest album, Love Yourself: Answer.  This albums completes the 'Love Yourself' trilogy. completing the Love Yourself trilogy. The album features 25 tracks, seven of which are brand new songs, alongside remixes and songs from the first two albums in the trilogy, Her and Tear.
